Job Overview
Lead data science initiatives to develop predictive models and recommender systems for personalized marketing and customer experiences.
Apply advanced machine learning and statistical techniques on large-scale datasets in cloud environments.

Contribute to digital optimization and customer targeting through scalable AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop ML algorithms such as propensity models, uplift models, next-best recommendations, and customer lifetime value models.
Manage the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, model design, validation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into data science deliverables and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay updated with AI/ML innovations across SaaS, AdTech, and analytics domains.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end and contribute to roadmap planning.
Drive measurable ROI from deployed models by exploring new use cases and applications.
Required Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience using ML/statistical techniques including clustering, regression, GBM, SVM, ANN, RNN, CNN, and Wide & Deep models.
Strong programming expertise in Python, R, PySpark, or Java.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in data wrangling and manipulation.
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS for model deployment and scaling.
Expertise in feature engineering and transforming semi/unstructured data for modeling.
Hands-on experience with model monitoring and re-training frameworks in production.
Strong quantitative reasoning, analytical mindset, and business impact focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid presentation ability.
Ability to simplify complex problems and collaborate across multiple functions.
Experience with APIs, Lambda functions, and endpoint deployment is a plus.
Prior B2B data modeling or Salesforce product knowledge is a strong advantage.
