The Ventures & Acquisitions team is part of our Global Corporate Development team and works with our senior business leaders to identify, acquire and integrate companies. Strategic acquisitions help Accenture enter and scale in priority growth offerings, which mean the target companies are often in the most exciting and pioneering capabilities.
You will be collaborating with business strategy teams, analyzing target companies for suitability, researching priority market sectors, building business cases to support outreach and manage pipeline. The ideal candidate should have an inquiring mind and be curious to learn about Accenture's new and pioneering offerings which help our clients drive innovation and value.
Job Description
As an Intern, you will be a member of a Corp Dev team focused on performing M&A market research assessments for a broad spectrum of industries.
You will be part of a growing global and multicultural team. Long-term, you may have the opportunity to gain experience in adjacent disciplines across the M&A lifecycle, such as deal execution, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
