Job Role: Management Trainee, Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage intermediate to complex data analysis, troubleshoot data consistency issues, and serve as the main point of contact for forecasting modelers on all data-related queries.
• Leverage SQL and Python/R to discover, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate closely with the data science team to derive insights and take ownership of existing forecasting processes.
• Analyze and understand current models, generating insights to support the operations team.
• Deliver forecasting model outputs to the scheduling team and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Engineering degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or Mathematics.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel.
• Programming experience in analytical tools such as R and Python.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in managing and executing forecasting models in production, providing insights for client use.
• Prior experience in Insurance (P&C) or Workforce Management is preferred.
