Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving operational efficiency through data-driven insights and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly billing operations and prepare comprehensive employee billing reports.
Compile and present monthly business partner reports, including operational highlights, service level agreements (SLAs), and project status updates.
Develop and deliver bi-weekly and monthly operational updates to the leadership team.
Create and maintain business performance scorecards and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Oversee procurement requests and process invoices through the Ariba procurement system.
Track and update workforce data including headcount pipeline, stretch budget, and talent pool analysis.
Maintain and update distribution lists and cost center mappings to ensure data accuracy.
Build and manage billing trackers and data input files for internal reporting and analysis.
Support ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as required by leadership.
Lead the automation of manual reporting processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement, test, and optimize automated reporting solutions.
Provide training and support to team members on the use of new automated tools and workflows.
Act as the primary custodian for all operational reporting data related to Canada and US operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or MIS roles.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
