Position Overview:
The Market Research Analyst will support qualitative and quantitative market research, ensuring valuable insights and strategies through data analysis. This role involves cleansing, processing, and analyzing market research data to generate insights for pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and program survey questions for multi-stakeholder research.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical methods.
- Develop visual reports with data-driven insights for clients.
- Identify key market trends and align findings with research goals.
- Prepare executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in research deliverables.
- Build therapeutic area and market access expertise.
- Enhance processes to improve research content and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top institution with a strong academic record.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, marketing analysis, consulting, pharma, or managed care.
- Experience analyzing qualitative & quantitative data to generate insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare clear and impactful reports.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Survey writing experience (preferred).
- Basic programming experience in Java (preferred).
- Pharmaceutical and managed care industry knowledge (preferred).
