Job Overview:

As a Data and Marketing Analyst, you will analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize both offline and digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to track performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (both digital and offline).

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, tracking key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.).

  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Utilize advanced tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Excel) to track campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze customer behavior and demographics to support marketing efforts.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate performance and strategies.

  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on trends, data findings, and outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with teams for data-driven decision-making in marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or similar roles.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
