Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer to take on both a technical and leadership role.
You'll be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build and optimize backend systems with Node.js and Express.js.
Develop responsive front-end interfaces with React.js.
Work with MySQL databases and Sequelize ORM (preferred).
Lead and manage a team: task assignment, code reviews, mentorship, and deadline tracking.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum activities: sprint planning, estimation, reviews, retrospectives.
Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.
Utilize cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Docker for containerization.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN).
Strong understanding of SQL databases and ORMs like Sequelize.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, and Docker is a plus.
Experience in Agile methodology and code versioning tools like Git.
