Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our development team. In this role, you will work with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to build end-to-end scalable web applications. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, learn from experienced developers, and sharpen your skills in full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end communication.
- Create responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js and integrate with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems using tools like JWT or OAuth2.
- Optimize the application for performance and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with the MERN stack.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js for building back-end applications.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose for data management and storage.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Basic knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as AWS or Vercel.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures.
