Job Summary:
We are seeking a MIS Analyst (Fintech/Collection Background) to join our team. The role will involve managing and analyzing data to support the collection team in optimizing processes, improving performance, and ensuring data accuracy. Freshers are welcome to apply, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and MIS, preferably within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for the collection team.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Create dashboards to track KPIs effectively.
- Work with advanced Excel, analytics, MIS dashboards, and business presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply as well.
Compensation:
