Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science / Commerce / Engineering (First class)
Experience:
Freshers to 2 years of experience (preferably in Data Analyst or MIS role)
Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (required)
VBA Macros / Excel Forms
Basic T-SQL
Python (added advantage)
Knowledge of SSIS (added advantage)
Good internet and email communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage client databases
Perform data crunching and data manipulation in Excel
Use T-SQL for database updates
Develop tools using VBA macros and Excel forms
Conduct market research to update prospect details
Resolve queries through interaction with clients and vendors
Take ownership of processes and client deliverables
Provide training to new joiners and resolve process-related questions
Conduct quality checks and ensure output quality
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Communicate and send reports to internal and external stakeholders
