Job Overview:
Swain Aluminium Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic MIS Trainee to assist with data management, report generation, and system maintenance. This role provides hands-on experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), with opportunities to grow into full-time positions like MIS Analyst or Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering and organizing data for the MIS system.
- Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc business reports.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot MIS software and systems.
- Work with various departments to provide data insights and reports.
- Participate in on-the-job training to improve skills in MIS tools and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; preference for degrees in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic understanding of MIS, and good analytical skills.
- Experience: No prior experience required; internships in IT or data-related fields are a plus.
