Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Module Lead proficient in .Net Fullstack development with strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with .Net Core, C#, and React JS, along with a sound understanding of database technologies and design principles.
The role involves leading development modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using .Net Core and C#.
Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React JS.
Work with MSSQL for data modeling, queries, and stored procedures.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Web API technologies.
Apply design patterns and coding best practices to build scalable and maintainable systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and perform code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team growth and technical excellence.
Ensure timely delivery of project modules by adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Participate in problem-solving discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in .Net Core and C# programming.
Proficiency in frontend technologies, particularly React JS.
Good knowledge of MSSQL and database design concepts.
Hands-on experience with Web API development.
Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.
Analytical and debugging skills for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
