Job Summary:
The Module Lead – .NET will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and related technologies.
The role demands hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and the ability to design scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and Web API.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of junior developers to ensure code quality, technical alignment, and timely delivery.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions to ensure system scalability and performance.
Implement best practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration.
Work with MSSQL databases for backend processing and data management.
Apply design patterns and development principles to build robust and maintainable systems.
Explore and leverage AWS cloud features where applicable for deployment and scalability.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
Solid understanding of MSSQL and data modeling techniques.
Familiarity with design patterns and clean coding principles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AWS Cloud services is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
