Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Module Lead with hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and Python development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and driving technical solutions across the full development lifecycle.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of leading modules, guiding team members, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of web applications using React, Node.js, and Python technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Follow Agile/Scrum practices for project planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Design and implement scalable and secure modules and services.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless deployments and releases.
Document solutions, workflows, and technical decisions for future reference.
Ensure best practices in source control, continuous integration, and testing automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
Proficiency in Python development for backend services or scripting.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
Proven experience in leading software development modules or teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
