Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Salesforce & Customizations (APEX Coding) Professionals to join our team.
Experience Required: 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and develop technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
- Lead Salesforce project teams, ensuring optimal design and solutions are defined based on client needs.
- Deliver customer requirements on time, adhering to agreed SLAs.
- Innovate by conceptualizing new tools and accelerators to enhance competency-building activities.
- Drive the team towards delivery excellence.
- Prepare functional designs, configure systems, perform testing, and oversee the deployment of business solutions.
- Mentor and support team members on project deliverables.
Required Technical/Functional Competencies:

Platform Development:
- Hands-on experience in APEX coding, integrations, customizations, and development certifications.
- Proficiency in Lightning UI Aura Development and LWC Development.

Sales Cloud:
- Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud modules, including account management, contract management, lead management, and opportunity management.

Experience Cloud:
- Familiarity with Salesforce declaratives, community/portal configurations, account and case management, and template usage.

Service Cloud:
- Expertise in configuring Service Cloud modules, including contact management, case management, and omnichannel integrations.

Industry Clouds:
- Experience with industry-specific clouds such as B2B/B2C eCommerce, Marketing Cloud, HealthCloud, and others.
- Completion of relevant Trailheads and badges for Salesforce industry clouds.
