What Would You Do?
You will work as part of the Network Billing Operations team focused on Problem Management. The role involves transforming back office and network operations, minimizing downtime, improving customer support experiences, and ensuring efficiency in IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Solve routine problems using established guidelines and existing precedents.
Interact primarily with your own team and direct supervisor.
Follow detailed instructions for day-to-day tasks and new assignments.
Make decisions that mainly impact your own work.
Work independently as a contributor within a defined scope.
Help manage and analyze IT infrastructure issues to minimize their business impact.
Identify the root cause of recurring incidents and initiate improvements.
