What Would You Do?
You will contribute to network operations and planning, helping transform back-office systems, reduce time to market, improve customer experience, and cut costs.
This role is focused on Passive Optical Networks (PON) — a fiber-optic technology using a point-to-multipoint structure to provide high-speed network access via unpowered fiber splitters.
Responsibilities
Solve routine network or service issues using existing guidelines or escalation protocols.
Work closely with your team and direct supervisor for task-related guidance.
Receive detailed instructions for new tasks and moderate guidance for routine work.
Make decisions that mainly affect your own assignments.
Act as an individual contributor with a narrow, predefined scope of work.
May be required to work in rotational shifts as per project demands.
Skills Required
Understanding of network fundamentals, including OSI Model and network protocols.
Knowledge of Passive Optical Network (PON) technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies or changes.
Team player with good collaboration skills.
