What Would You Do?
You will:
Support the transformation of back-office and network operations.
Help reduce time-to-market and cost-to-serve while improving customer experience.
Apply strong customer support and networking knowledge.
Manage infrastructure-related problems and perform root cause analysis.
Initiate corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
What Are We Looking For?
Good customer support experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Ability to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
