Job Summary:
Techasoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join its remote team based in Pune. This position is ideal for someone with a strong backend engineering background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in Node.js, AWS Lambda, and modern web technologies. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications and microservices as part of an Agile development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a remote Agile team to build robust web applications and backend services.
Develop and maintain customer-facing UI and backend services for payment processing systems.
Design, test, deploy, and operate Node.js-based serverless services using AWS Lambda.
Identify and fix software bugs and performance issues proactively.
Continuously improve application performance, security, and maintainability.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and development workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, especially with serverless frameworks for AWS Lambda.
Strong experience in HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JavaScript.
Proficient in object-oriented JavaScript and SVG design.
Familiar with modern web frameworks and libraries like AngularJS, Polymer, and Google Closure.
Understanding of the full web stack, including web protocols and server optimization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of performance tuning and web application scalability.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, or containerization.
Experience in developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
