Role Overview: Operations Analyst
Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks across multiple departments.
Interact with clients and address their queries or concerns effectively.
Track and improve operational performance metrics.
Assist in process improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate or undergraduate (any field).
Experience: Freshers welcome; 1–2 years of background verification experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with process improvement focus.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Customer service orientation with client satisfaction approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
