Your Role: Operational Excellence Manager (LSPS Deployment Lead)
As the LSPS Deployment Lead, you will be a change agent responsible for the implementation of our Production System across manufacturing sites and distribution centers. You will play a key role in the successful activation of the Production System within the Integrated Supply Chain & Operations (ISCO) network, aligned with our ISCO Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformation and support continuous improvement.
Deployment Activities (80%)
- Site Preparation & Change Management: Oversee preparation activities, manage change, and ensure effective communication during the deployment process.
- Training Bootcamp: Conduct initial training sessions to equip teams with the skills needed for LSPS deployment.
- Diagnostics & Maturity Assessment: Perform maturity assessments and prioritize LSPS elements to target improvements, considering effort and impact.
- Tactical Improvement Plans: Develop and define tactical improvement plans to drive operational excellence.
- Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Implement improvements and create a site-specific continuous improvement and expansion plan.
Global Element Ownership (20%)
- Element Standards: Continuously improve LSPS content and standards related to your designated element, including guidebooks, training materials, and maturity assessments.
- Global Engagement: Participate in LSPS Global Community Meetings and collaborate with subject matter experts worldwide.
- SME Leadership: Act as the global subject matter expert for your element and build a network of local site SMEs.
- Workshops & Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities across the network.
Coaching & Mentorship
- Ongoing Support: Continue to coach and support your sites throughout their continuous improvement journey. Conduct progress reviews to ensure sustainability, expansion, and overall maturity, contributing to the success of the Site Strategy.
Who You Are:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or B.Tech/Engineering (preferred). 8+ years of experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and production system deployment experience in Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG, or Chemicals sectors.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Lean & Six Sigma, including VSM, TPM, and statistical analysis.
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including timeline management, resources, budgets, and risk strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams to address key issues.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
