Job Description:
LMDmax, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our US drivers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for performance metrics and a strong ability to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee and analyze the performance of US drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational goals.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess driver efficiency and effectiveness.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with drivers and management to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance driver performance and operational efficiency.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
Salary:
₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
