Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Operations Analyst in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between departments, improve internal processes, and ensure high client satisfaction through efficient communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operational tasks and administrative functions
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth internal workflows
Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics
Identify and implement process improvement strategies
Respond to client queries and maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure full compliance with company policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Freshers are eligible; 1–2 years of experience in background verification is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Good analytical thinking and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
