Job Description:
NTT DATA is seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will execute and support various Oracle Cloud HCM technical objects (such as reports, integrations, and fast formulas), helping to ensure the successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions. This role involves close collaboration with clients, business analysts, and team members to ensure all technical components operate successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing & Development:
- Execute test plans and scripts for Oracle Cloud HCM technical objects (reports, integrations, fast formulas).
- Develop or support Oracle Cloud HCM technical objects based on scripts and prescriptive tools.
Documentation & Specifications:
- Build project or support activity documentation based on standard methodologies and templates.
- Construct technical specifications and use cases for Oracle Cloud HCM components.
Collaboration & Support:
- Participate in implementation, new development, or support activities.
- Work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to ensure successful operation of technical components.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in Oracle Cloud HCM or related technical fields.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Good communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and business analysts.
