Job Summary

PayU Finance is hiring a Senior Lead – Revenue Management & Financial Planning (FP&A) to drive revenue growth, forecasting, and financial strategy. This senior role is ideal for finance professionals with 9–10+ years of experience in analytics, stakeholder management, and strategic financial planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models, lead revenue planning cycles, and deliver key insights into business performance. This is a high-impact leadership role in one of India’s fastest-growing FinTech platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead yearly revenue planning, business performance tracking, and growth strategy.

  2. Support executive decision-making through financial insights and dashboards.

  3. Manage accurate monthly P&L reporting and group-level financial statements.

  4. Analyze actuals vs. budgets and forecasts, with variance and trend analysis.

  5. Create product-wise analysis and commentary on profitability and performance.

  6. Monitor portfolio mix, revenue, cost of funds, and KPIs across all credit verticals.

  7. Develop business simulation models and forecasting tools for strategic scenarios.

  8. Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, planning decks, and board reports.

  9. Use BI tools and collaborate with analytics teams to deliver real-time dashboards.

  10. Perform competitor benchmarking and deliver market intelligence to leadership.

  11. Evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and increase operational ROI.

  12. Collaborate with business heads to build short- and long-term financial forecasts.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 9–10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), revenue management, or finance strategy.

  2. Proven track record in business partnering and stakeholder communication.

  3. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI/reporting tools.

  4. Excellent command over PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like Thinkcell.

  5. Ability to create, interpret, and communicate complex financial models.

  6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive alignment across teams.

  7. Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and visual dashboards.

  8. Self-starter with commercial acumen and experience working in high-growth environments.

  9. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
