Job Summary:
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex data, and assisting PhD scholars. This position is open for both freshers and experienced professionals with qualifications in BE/B.Tech or PhD.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support academic and technical projects.
- Prepare, review, and validate research papers, technical reports, and publications.
- Provide guidance to PhD scholars on research methodologies and tools.
- Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights and ensure project accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated with research trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee project tasks (for senior positions).
- Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables and maintain project timelines.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- PhD candidates are highly preferred for Senior Research Analyst roles.
- Freshers with 8+ CGPA can apply for Junior Research Analyst roles.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in a Research and Development organization are preferred.
