About the Team:
This position is within the Banking Solutions Client Experience (CX) Data & Analytics team, supporting key initiatives including Demand, Capacity, and Utilization reporting and dashboards, Master AI dashboard, Operations Support Trends, and Tickets Resolution reporting, among others. You will also be responsible for addressing backlog and support requests for senior leadership.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage with stakeholders and users to define business requirements and necessary modifications.
- Convert business requirements into executable code solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards using PowerBI, DAX, SQL, and Data lakes.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Evaluate and explore new technologies for implementation.
- Provide training and communication support to internal Client Onboarding and Client Relationship teams.
- Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution.
- Write code, complete development, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current technologies.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in PowerBI DAX, SQL, and Corporate Data Lakes.
- Prior experience in building reports and dashboards with expertise in data lakes like Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ServiceNow, etc.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and DAX.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow, and Planview.

- Familiarity with financial analysis principles and ratios.
