The Opportunity:
Responsible for developing diagnostic functions that can be tested on a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) system for E-powertrain domains.
Develop automation testing libraries for ODX and MCD-3D framework architecture.
Create scripting interface frameworks, including GUI and functions.
Understand and break down technical requirements and manage task execution.
Support the team in system/functional HIL testing using automation tools like ControlDesk, Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), PROVEtech, and ECU-Test.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in system testing (Black Box) for E-powertrain vehicles using HIL.
Knowledge of charging and high-voltage systems in automotive testing.
Proficiency in preparing test cases, developing automation scripts, and executing them on Integration HIL.
Understanding of UDS protocols as per ISO14229 and On-Board Diagnostics per SAE J1979.
Experience in developing interface libraries for CAN, XCP, and model interface variables.
Strong automation and scripting experience.
Expertise in at least one scripting language such as MATLAB, Python, VB, CAPL, or PROVEtech scripting.
Significant role in verification and validation (V&V) projects involving HIL testing.
Strong understanding of system integration and test benches.
