Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate diagnostic functions for E-powertrain systems in a HIL testing environment.
Create and maintain automation testing libraries for ODX and MCD-3D framework architecture.
Build scripting interface frameworks (GUI/functions) to support testing operations.
Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and execute them efficiently.
Support system and functional testing using ControlDesk, Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), PROVEtech, and ECU-Test.
Play a vital role in Verification & Validation (V&V) projects involving integration and system testing.
Develop interface libraries for communication protocols like CAN, XCP, and model interface variables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in system testing (Black Box Testing) for E-powertrain vehicles.
Strong hands-on experience with HIL testing, especially in Charging and High Voltage Systems.
Proficient in developing and executing automation scripts for integration testing on HIL.
Familiarity with UDS (ISO14229) and OBD (SAE J1979) standards.
Experience in scripting with Python, MATLAB, CAPL, VB, or PROVEtech.
Strong understanding of system integration, testing processes, and HIL bench setups.
Prior involvement in Verification and Validation projects is highly desirable.
