We are seeking a Principal Architect with a solid background in backend engineering and cloud architecture. This position demands a high degree of expertise in designing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions, especially for data science and ETL workloads.
Key Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong technical pedigree.
Proven success in architecting scalable solutions using AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Deep expertise in the AWS/Azure stack including solutions for ETL pipelines and data science workflows.
Experience designing and deploying web services and APIs.
Hands-on experience with high-volume, high-throughput data applications.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with end-users throughout the full software lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of both relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) databases.
Solid understanding of data science concepts and integration in system architecture.
Ability to design secure cloud architectures meeting compliance standards.
