Job Summary:
The Process Analyst will be responsible for managing various processes and subprocesses, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks. The role involves improving workflows, enhancing process efficiencies, and collaborating with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Accomplish daily targets with high accuracy.
- Data & Reporting: Handle report transitions and update SOPs on time.
- Efficiency Improvement: Optimize daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Accounting Fundamentals: Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
- Communication: Ability to comprehend and participate in calls (verbal & written).
- Adaptability: Open to working in fixed or rotational shifts (day or night).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Preferably B.Com, MBA, M.Com or any graduate/postgraduate degree.
- Experience:
- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Open to feedback and learning opportunities.
- Must be flexible to work in any shift as per business needs.
- Additional Requirements:
- International voice process experience is required.
- Service agreement of 18 months.
