Key Responsibilities

Execute strategic recruitment via LinkedIn and employee referral programs, minimizing dependency on mass job boards.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Screen candidates, negotiate offers, and prepare provisional offer letters efficiently.
Source and screen candidates through innovative social media and alternative channels.
Mentor and coach recruitment teams to achieve hiring goals and improve performance.
Manage partner relationships, addressing challenges with strong negotiation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
6 to 8 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably within consulting or technology sectors.
Proven expertise in LinkedIn recruitment, employee referral sourcing, and social media talent acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations.
Experience partnering with business unit leaders and recruiters on best recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
Ability to perform detailed market research and talent mapping to support client recruitment needs.
Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
