Your Role and Responsibilities
Have strong knowledge of SAP HR Management System to execute key Human Resource Delivery processing activities.
Understand client-specific policies essential for Human Resources Delivery specialties.
Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with upstream and downstream processes.
Possess a good understanding of the end-to-end HRMS system and processes to navigate dependencies seamlessly.
Perform system testing as required.
Process employee data in the HR system to provide accurate and timely information to various HR services.
Work on complex transactions requiring review and eligibility checks.
Run reports and perform reconciliations between different reports.
Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues related to compensation administration and processes.
Provide data to internal business controls teams as required.
Ensure compliance with client’s existing standards.
Provide services relying on processed employee data to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) demands.
Offer solutions to issues raised by contact centers following policy guidelines.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA HR preferred) with 2 to 4 years overall experience, including at least 1 year in Core HR and Issue Resolution in an International IT/ITES company.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of Core HR (excluding recruitment) processes and experience working on SAP HRMS.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple diverse priorities under time pressure to meet key deadlines.
Ability to pre-empt potential issues, reprioritize work, and proactively follow up with customers on resolutions and action plans.
Strong problem-solving skills to develop robust, well-thought-out business solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and implement process changes, identify compliance concerns (e.g., travel policy), and recommend corrective measures.
Skill in analyzing and presenting travel spending data to provide optimal business benefits.
Works effectively with internal customers and external suppliers; positively influences problem-solving and work process improvements.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate at all levels and resolve difficult issues.
High numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
1 Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
2 Strong MS Excel and SAP HRMS knowledge.
3 Background in Core HR.
4 Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
