Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Specialist in Property and Casualty (P&C) with 5 to 6 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably have domain knowledge in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This role is dedicated to optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and adjust processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
  • Compliance: Ensure all process-related activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting: Use MS Office tools to create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to processes.
  • Project Management: Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.
  • Best Practices: Support the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: Proven experience in process improvement and optimization in a corporate environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactivity: Proactive in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
  • Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.

Certifications Required

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
