Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Product Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GE Proficy Plant Applications and a solid background in Order Fulfillment. In this role, you will analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our order fulfillment processes for efficiency and accuracy. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, functionalities, and enhancements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive product improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of new product features, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of order fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of GE Proficy Plant Applications with existing systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product performance and order fulfillment.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on new product features and order fulfillment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product-related activities.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GE Proficy Plant Applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements and ensure timely delivery.
