Job Title: Product Analyst – Conversational AI Solutions

Role Overview

  1. Support the delivery, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of AI-powered voicebot and chatbot solutions.

  2. Analyze user interactions, detect usage trends, and influence product decisions.

  3. Work across domains such as Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Logistics.

  4. Collaborate across data, product, and customer experience teams to enhance the impact of conversational AI products.


Key Responsibilities

Product Performance Analysis

  1. Analyze bot data across platforms like WhatsApp, Web, and IVR to identify pain points.

  2. Monitor metrics such as containment rate, engagement rate, NLU accuracy, and user satisfaction.

  3. Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

User Behavior & Feedback Insights

  1. Analyze user intent, drop-offs, and escalation triggers in bot conversations.

  2. Gather and synthesize client feedback to support product improvement.

  3. Collaborate with AI trainers to improve NLP models and intent recognition.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance user experience.

  2. Coordinate with customer success and delivery teams to manage feature requests and optimize performance.

Support Implementation & Testing

  1. Assist in testing and validating new features and workflows before release.

  2. Ensure product releases meet quality benchmarks and align with business goals.

Client & Stakeholder Reporting

  1. Assist with client onboarding by providing insights and ROI projections.

  2. Provide regular performance and adoption reports to clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, business/data analysis (preferably in SaaS or AI-based solutions).

  2. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytical tools.

  3. Solid understanding of conversational AI, user journey mapping, and performance metrics.

  4. Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data clearly and effectively.

  5. Bonus: Experience with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow or Rasa, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
