Programmer Analyst – React JS Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated React JS Developer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while working on innovative web applications aimed at improving user experience and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about front-end development and eager to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React JS.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new application features.

  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with project specifications.

  4. Debug and resolve application issues to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

  5. Implement user interface components based on modern React JS workflows.

  6. Optimize application performance for a wide range of devices and browsers.

  7. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and encourage knowledge sharing.

  8. Stay current with front-end development trends, tools, and best practices.

  9. Provide technical support and assist end-users with troubleshooting as needed.

  10. Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase team efficiency.

  11. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to assess technical feasibility and provide feedback.

  12. Integrate APIs and backend services in coordination with backend developers.

  13. Document software updates and ensure smooth integration and deployment.


Required Qualifications

  1. Strong understanding of React JS and its core concepts.

  2. Hands-on experience with React JS workflows such as Redux.

  3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

  5. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

  6. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality applications.

  7. Effective problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

  8. Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.

  9. Knowledge of TypeScript and front-end testing frameworks (nice to have).


Certifications Required

  1. Certified React Developer

  2. JavaScript Certification
