What We’re Looking For
Automation Testing Experience: Proven experience in web and API automation testing.
Selenium Knowledge: Basic understanding of Selenium, including web elements, object identification, and common challenges in test automation.
Python Expertise: Proficiency in Python scripting, API automation, and hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and backend automation.
Framework Familiarity: Experience with Pytest and knowledge of web standards and best practices in Python automation.
Version Control: Hands-on experience with code repositories like GIT or Bitbucket.
Debugging Skills: Excellent ability to debug web applications and adhere to web standards.
Leadership: Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
SDLC & STLC Knowledge: Familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective interpersonal and team coordination abilities.
