Job Description:
EduGorilla is looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team. The role involves developing advanced features on our proprietary backend technologies, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of existing services. You will manage well-functioning databases and applications, hold technical meetings with freshers, and ensure timely and high-quality project releases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced features on EduGorilla's proprietary backend technologies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and perform performance tuning on existing services.
- Manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Hold technical meetings with freshers to determine progress and address project challenges.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project releases.
- Manage incoming bug reports and feature requests from users.
- Collaborate with department heads to achieve common goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expert in Python with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Knowledge of at least one Python web framework (Tornado, Django, Flask).
- Expert in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in creating optimal relational database schemas.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level system designs and scalable architecture.
- Familiar with software development lifecycle best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making.
