Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Python programming language.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code according to coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth performance of applications.
- Learn new technologies and methodologies to improve coding skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language.
- Knowledge of basic software development concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with programming fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Participation in coding competitions or open-source projects is a plus.
