Key Responsibilities
Develop backend services using Python, preferably with FastAPI.
Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
Integrate and manage data using PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams to build product features.
Participate in Agile development (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews).
Collaborate in solving CRM workflow challenges in the pharma/life sciences industry.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Python programming through projects, internships, or academic coursework.
Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Interest in or exposure to LLM tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Bonus (Preferred) Skills
Experience with FastAPI, LangChain, or other LLM integrations.
Knowledge of React or any frontend technologies.
Built AI-based tools, bots, or side projects.
Interview Process – Live Coding Round
You’ll develop a mini full-stack application using:
1 FastAPI for backend
2 React for frontend
3 No external frameworks beyond these
4 AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) can be used
5 Ensure all dependencies are installed pre-interview
