What You’ll Do
Interact with customers to gather insights and translate technical concepts.
Manage relationships across levels, showing high energy and readiness to contribute hands-on.
Serve as SQA lead, collaborating across disciplines to increase quality impact.
Mitigate risks and escalate to technology leadership as necessary.
Develop team performance and enhance collaboration across the organization.
Design, implement, and document process control, improvement, testing, and CI/CD procedures.
Establish and implement metrics to monitor system effectiveness and support quality decisions.
Oversee the development of new test frameworks and applications for manual and automated testing.
Drive short-term and long-term growth features and services strategically.
Oversee full SDLC: conception, design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, maintenance.
Provide technical recommendations, time estimates, and proposed test solutions.
Create testing and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify test cases best suited for automation; collaborate on automation efforts.
Influence at all organizational levels; create an engaging and rewarding team environment.
Attract, build, and retain a highly capable QA team delivering on tech and business strategies.
What You’ll Bring
BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years as QA manager in agile environments (or 1+ years as Senior SQA Manager).
Proven leadership in architecture, design, development, and operations of large-scale test frameworks.
Proficiency in QA methodologies, testing principles, and test management.
Strong analytical, research, documentation, and project planning skills.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage and adapt to change; willingness to learn new technologies.
Working knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, API, and load testing tools.
Experience with tools like Rally (bug tracking), qTest (test management), Jenkins (CI/CD).
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Strong coding skills and passion for writing solid code.
Ability to mentor, inspire, and collaborate on pragmatic solutions.
Open, flexible mindset with a hunger to learn new concepts and technologies.
