Role Overview:
We are looking for an R&D Analyst to support research and development activities, conduct experiments, and assist in new product development under the guidance of the R&D Head.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Research & Experimentation
- Conduct experiments and research as per R&D protocols.
- Develop new products based on guidelines from the HOD.
- Prepare experimental protocols and obtain approval before execution.
- Collect and log data from experiments for analysis.
✅ Laboratory & Documentation Management
- Maintain laboratory equipment and manage inventory.
- Assist in documenting R&D activities, certifications, and reports.
- Support the production and quality control teams in implementing new products.
✅ Production Support
- Prepare testing and production protocols for new products.
- Assist in transitioning products from lab scale to production.
Requirements:
🎓 Education: MSc in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
🔬 Experience: Freshers welcome! (1-year experience preferred).
