Job Description:

We are seeking a React Native Developer - Team Lead to spearhead the end-to-end hybrid mobile app development process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with leadership capabilities to manage a development team while being hands-on with coding.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Technical Leadership & Development

Lead the development team, ensuring timely project delivery.
Actively contribute to coding and solve complex technical challenges.

✅ Mobile App Development

Develop and maintain scalable hybrid mobile applications.
Gather requirements, design prototypes, and oversee development.
Ensure high-performance applications with seamless UI/UX.

✅ API Integration & Cloud Deployment

Integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality.
Deploy applications on iOS & Android platforms and manage cloud hosting.

✅ Production Support & Documentation

Provide live production support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding best practices.

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders for seamless execution.

Skills Required:

🔥 Must-Have:
✔ 5+ years of MERN Full Stack Development experience.
✔ Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB.
✔ Proven end-to-end mobile app development experience.
✔ Ability to handle production support and troubleshoot issues.
✔ Experience with cloud hosting & deployment.
✔ Strong problem-solving & debugging skills.
✔ Proficiency in technical documentation.

🌟 Good-to-Have (Bonus Points):
✅ Experience in finance/billing-related applications.
✅ Previous startup experience.
✅ Relevant certifications (not mandatory but a plus).
