Troubleshoot technical escalations and provide effective resolution within SLA and quality standards.
Support clients by diagnosing and resolving product-related issues through structured guidance and solutions.
Build and maintain REST APIs using Java/J2EE and backend systems.
Develop dynamic web applications using React and Next.js.
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB).
Collaborate using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Implement and manage integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Azure, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies.
Drive customer experience improvements through analytics, integration, and AI technologies.
Contribute to the development of healthcare clinical applications and ensure system reliability.
Track process performance, team productivity, and ensure capability development in technical teams.
Full Stack Development (React, Next.js, Java/J2EE)
REST API Design & Integration
Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
NoSQL Databases: MongoDB
Experience in Snowflake and Databricks
Proficiency in Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, GitHub
Familiarity with Python and open-source technologies
Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbot technologies
Strong Data Integration & Data Analytics expertise
Agile development experience
Experience in healthcare or clinical domain (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
