Position Overview
We’re hiring a seasoned Frontend Lead with strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript to architect, develop, and manage multiple frontend projects and teams. If you're a technical mentor and natural team leader with a passion for high-quality user interfaces, this is for you.
Lead and mentor 2–3 frontend development teams/projects.
Guide developers on technical challenges and best practices.
Drive code reviews, quality assurance, and process improvements.
Translate business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
Ensure project timelines, performance standards, and client satisfaction.
Identify project risks and take timely actions.
Build interactive and responsive UI using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Optimize frontend performance and handle cross-browser compatibility.
Stay updated with modern frontend trends and technologies.
Act as a primary point of contact for technical project discussions.
Clearly present project ideas and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with ReactJS.
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience in responsive design and browser compatibility.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proven track record of independently managing teams/projects.
Experience working with backend technologies like Node.js and APIs.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience in Agile/Scrum work environments.
