Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, sectors, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic indicators to support investment analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and advisors to develop and refine investment strategies.
- Monitor ongoing market developments and economic changes that may impact investment performance.
- Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including investment proposals and performance reports.
- Maintain a database of research materials and relevant financial information.
Qualifications:
- CA Fresher, CFA Level II cleared (required).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in investment research or financial analysis is advantageous but not required.
- Passion for equity research.
