Job Description:
As a Research Data Analyst within JLL's JBS India team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enriching proprietary property, company, and transaction data in our Research database. This includes ensuring data accuracy, correcting discrepancies, and working closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter property, company, and transaction information into the Research database.
- Monitor data quality and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
- Merge and enrich company records with additional data.
- Ensure accuracy of geographic location information.
- Collaborate with Research leadership on data quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; freshers are welcome to apply.
Performance Objectives:
- Maintain and enrich property, company, and transaction data.
- Ensure accuracy of the data by conducting internet research for missing information.
- Collaborate with the team to clean up data based on priorities.
