Job Overview:
Oxtex is seeking a Python/MATLAB Programmer to support ongoing PhD research projects. The ideal candidate will work on algorithm development, data analysis, simulations, and implementation of research methodologies. This is a full-time role with growth potential in research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions using Python or MATLAB for PhD-level research projects.
Design and optimize algorithms and perform mathematical modeling.
Conduct data analysis, automation, and simulations relevant to research objectives.
Collaborate with research teams to analyze datasets and apply research methodologies.
Debug, test, and improve code performance for accurate research outcomes.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to writing research reports.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Python or MATLAB (mandatory).
Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib for data analysis (if using Python).
Understanding of machine learning, AI, or deep learning (preferred).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Ability to understand and contribute to academic and research-based projects.
Educational Qualification:
Doctoral degree preferred or currently pursuing a PhD.
