Research Scientist Machine Learning
As a Researcher you will bring your expertise and knowledge in Deep Learning technology to
work. You will undertake R&D on advanced DL use cases that require you to define the Data
strategy, Model Design/Selection, Training & Evaluation approach and DLOps pipeline.
In summary, you will own the strategy, design and engineering of a specific Deep Learning use
case end to end. You will have access to infrastructure, Product owner on client side and junior
Scientists as part of your team.

This role is part of the AI R&D Labs team which works on advanced Deep Learning initiatives
with a focus on solving niche real-life problems that has been identified by the Big Techs’ as key
initiatives in their product portfolio. Our AI R&D Lab is designed to become the single largest
Research Centre in the Deep Learning space in the industry!

Engineers who works across the entire SoC ecosystem, for a smarter & better world!

What you’ll work on:
• Focused R&D on a specific DL use case from CV or NLP domain.
• Develop the solution approach and blueprint.
• Define the solution architecture and design.
• Define the Data strategy, Model design, Model Training & optimization, Model Evaluation
and Error analysis approach, Model serving & DLOps and Infrastructure requirements.
• Take end to end ownership of the specific use case from ideation to production.
• Own the performance matric of the solution and focus on continuous improvement.
• Write Research Papers and PoVs on your research which will be published in leading AI
journals and presented in International events.
• Productization of the use case as part of our Model garden.
• Utilize junior scientists and engineers to work with you on the use case.
What you’ll need:
• PhD in the area of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
• At least 4 research paper published in well know journals in Deep Learning space.
• Ability to investigate latest Research publications specific to your use case and apply
relevant improvements to your solution.
• Comfortable in dealing with advanced technology and solving complex real-life problems
using DL.
• Knowhow in areas such as DNN, LLM, TinyML and Embedded AI.
